I was raised in East Cobb but was lucky enough to attended school 1st through 6th grade at The Trinity School in Atlanta and then completed my 7th through 12th grade years where I graduated from The Lovett School, also in Atlanta. My parents, Fred and Doris Van Wagenen, still live in my childhood home to this day (a fact of which I am envious of) and are enjoying a well deserved retirement. After bouncing around North Metro Atlanta, I currently reside in Cornelia, Ga with my husband, Major Shilo Crane (retired), and our daughters Leila and Caroline. We also have two grown children; Garrett and Madison. Garrett is in the Coast Guard and just recently married and also made us grandparents this year to the most adorable little girl! Madison is attending KSU and is making us proud daily with her academic and personal achievements.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. I have previously worked in customer service and marketing for a tile manufacturing company, been the assistant to a talented interior decorator, have been an army-wife and mother extraordinaire, and have now been successfully pursuing my dream career in residential real estate since 2014. I am a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and serve with my local Habersham MOPS (Moms of Pre-Schoolers). In my personal time I enjoy volunteering with the Gainesville Ballet Company where my middle daughter performs, spending time with my family any way I can, and taking advantage of all the activities that our community has to offer (both city and country). In the past my husband has convinced me to attempt hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. Most recently we have gotten our PADI Scuba certification and the husband has humored us by taking us to the ballet.
